Lucy Grau is described as a true vocalist, personality and performer, delivering an original and thrilling salsa music experience. Her powerhouse voice has earned her the title “Lucy La Voz” (Lucy the Voice). In 2012, she launched her remake of “Last Dance”, in memorial to her favorite female singer, disco legend Donna Summer. Grau’s single received international acclaim and was followed by the release of her first salsa album “Alocada” (Wild), the following year. The album is all Grau, melding a new generation of salsa vocals and rhythms with a diverse repertoire of songs and genres popularized by top American and Latin music artists. She has shared the stage with some of Latin music’s greats, including Carlos Oliva y Los Sobrinos del Juez (the judge’s nephews), Andy Garcia, Tito Nieves, Richie Ray & Bobby Cruz y “Los bravos de la Fania”, Eddie Santiago, Hansel y Raul and La India, among others. Her musical accolades include three years on the Miami Latin television show “Tropicalisimo”. The show earned Grau a large fan following and an “Ambiente” award, recognizing her as one of Miami’s favorite singers.
