Born and raised in the back waters of Mississippi River Swamps known as the Delta, Monte and Penny have a heritage as far south as Grand Isle, LA and as far north as West Carroll Parish. Monte’s is a combination of Cajun, Creole, and southern style Soul Foods from both South and North Louisiana.
